Web Integration
You can use Virbe's web integration to embed created Virtual Being on your website. All changes that were saved are available instantly to all of the instances of your virtual being. For example, If you have created one virtual being and deploy him or her on to multiple pages, each instance will have access to the same conversational engine.
To use Virtual Being on your website you have to make sure that:
Your virtual being is up and running - you can check it in Live Preview on the Overview page.
Paste code snippet on your website. Either for Widget Mode or Component Mode.
Authorize your domain in Virbe Panel.
You can embed your virtual being in two separate modes - Widget Mode and Component Mode. You can use two modes on the same page simultaneously.
Widget Mode
When using plugin mode your Virtual Being will appear on the website as a small avatar in the bottom right corner of the page. To initiate discussion user needs to click the avatar and the expanded version of the plugin will appear.
To embed Virtual Being on your website head out to Deploy Being screen on your Virtual Being's page in the Virbe Platform. Once you're there head out to Widget Mode. You'll see one code snippet that you need to paste before the </body>
of your website. Paste this code snippet on every page where you would like your Virtual Being to appear. Don't forget to authorize your domains.
Component Mode
When using Component Mode your Virtual Being can be embedded inside a section of your website. The whole character with its interactions will load instantly on page load. Keep in mind that, If you design any interactions that will play on character load, they will play as soon as the page loads.
To embed Virtual Being on your website head out to the Deploy Being screen on your Virtual Being's page in the Virbe Platform. Once you're there select Component Mode. You'll see one code snippet that you need to paste .... your website. Paste this code snippet in every component where you would like your Virtual Being to appear. Don't forget to authorize your domains.
Authorize domains
Type in your high-level domain of a website on which you'd like to use Virtual Beings, either in Component Mode or Plugin Mode.
